Our printing service is aimed at all those who are looking for a high-quality partner for their prints, from small business to large multinationals to institutions, to individuals and craftsmen. For each of our customers, we first learn about their business, their needs to properly adapt our offers. How does your service work?
As a first step, we take cognizance of your project (order), via our form of request for estimate on-line, or by contacting us directly. If you wish, of course, we will refine your project together. We then submit a personalized estimate to you according to your own needs. A validation, we launch the production for a delivery from 24h to 1 week (except in exceptional cases).

Files
What is a ready-to-print file?
We support high definition .PDF files.
If I do not have a ready-to-print file?
We also offer a high quality and professional PAO editing from your elements .
How do I send my files?
You can send us your files when you request a quotation via the form, or contact us directly by e-mail in order to send us your elements.
How should images be imported into my files?
CMYK, EPS, AI, JPEG, but especially in good quality.
How do I know if the attached files are usable for quality printing?
We check your files before printing, if the items sent by you do not conform to the standards of printing, we will return to you to find a solution together.
Printing
How many copies can be printed?
To optimize the production costs, we will always advise you to best answer your request. Digital printing will be profitable for few copies (up to 500 copies). Beyond 500 copies, and also depending on the final product, it will be more judicious to go through the traditional offset printing.
What papers do you offer?
We have a wide choice of paper, from the simplest to the most original. We can advise you to adapt the paper according to your needs: fine or strong grammage, creation, gloss, satin, matt ...
Delivery
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free on the site of Tangier. We can also hire a carrier for all of Morocco, Europe. The costs depend on the final weight of your project (order).
What are the delivery times ?
It depends on the product and the number of copies. On certain products, in reasonable quantities, we can deliver you the next day. Otherwise, it usually takes from 24 to 1 week. We try, as far as possible, to minimize the manufacturing time to respond as quickly as possible to your request.
